Mr Latimer, is such an amazing consultant, always friendly, cheerful and takes time in explaining everything involved with my child’s care. He is completely sincere and genuine at every consultation, and goes out of his way to ensure both myself and my son are reassured completely. His explanations are always clear, and described in a way that helps us both understand the diagnosis and outcomes. It is a pleasure to meet him on every occasion, we are only sad that we won’t have the need to see him again as my son has been discharged, due to Mr Latimer fantastic care. Thank you sincerely for everything Mr Latimer.

I was referred to The Fitzwilliam Hospital at the end of 2018 with an extremely painful arthritic knee. I saw Mark Latimer and found him to be extremely pleasant and very easy to talk to. He clearly laid out the steps that he would like to go through in order to determine the best course of action. When he delivered his prognosis, he was very reassuring and straightforward about it.He recommended that my knee would benefit from surgery and that he’d like to carry out an arthroscopy and hoped that this would stave off the need for a complete knee replacement for a number of years. At the beginning of January, he carried out the arthroscopy and the result has been nothing short of miraculous. I had no pain directly after the operation and this has continued to date. Movement and flexibility have dramatically improved. I have nothing but the highest praise for Mark Latimer and would not hesitate to recommend him. I sincerely hope that, should I need a knee replacement in the future, he will do it.

Mr Latimer provides fantastic support in the form of a mock interview and helped to identify key areas of focus in the feedback. With his help, I was able to understand the areas of research I needed and the general idea of the interview and testing areas within it.
